Stroke

A stroke is a medical emergency that occurs when the blood supply to the brain is disrupted, leading to the death of brain cells. This can happen due to a blocked blood vessel (ischemic stroke) or the bleeding of a blood vessel in the brain (hemorrhagic stroke). Strokes can cause a wide range of symptoms, including weakness or paralysis on one side of the body, difficulty speaking or understanding speech, vision problems, and dizziness or balance issues.
